Compensation
- $52–$58/hour ($110,000–$120,000/year salary conversion)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, develop, and maintain applications on the IBM iSeries (AS400) platform using RPGLE, CL, and related technologies
- Translate business requirements into efficient, well-documented technical solutions
- Test, debug, and optimize existing and new code to ensure peak performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with legacy systems and applications
- Maintain secure backups and restore files as needed
- Communicate architecture and development methodologies to stakeholders
- Serve as a backup to other developers as required
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Deep experience with RPGLE, CL, and AS400 technologies
- Familiarity with PowerSTEPP software a plus
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with minimal supervision
- Understanding of medical terminology a bonus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
