Benefits & Extras: Excellent Benefits package Health, Dental & Vision, fully paid by Client Short-term and long-term disability is fully paid by the Client Discretionary Bonus Structure Compensation: $80K What you’ll be doing: Oversee all accounting operations: Billing, A/R, A/P, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements Support and lead the month-end and year-end close processes Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including sales tax and business licenses Develop a tracking system for license renewals and tax permits Verify and document monthly pest control services Track and report annual water meter readings for BWW credit Maintain daily accounting functions, including collections and inventory oversight Post cash receipts, credit card transactions, and deposits Record and reconcile daily and weekend inventory activity Prepare journal entries for cash disbursements not previously reported Manage an accounting staff of two Requirements for the role Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required Five years of proven accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and Regulatory Standards What will set you apart?
