Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, team-oriented professional to manage Accounts Receivable and provide vital backup support to their Payroll function. Compensation
$21–$24 per hour
What You’ll Be Doing
- Post daily A/R transactions and process ACH/credit card payments
- Manage collection of past-due A/R and mail statements
- Set up and maintain tax-exempt customer and vendor W-9 records
- Support Sales & Use Tax audits and order banking supplies for store locations
- Prepare journal entries for 401K, payroll taxes, labor, accruals, and more
- Reconcile A/R accounts and run monthly Open Transaction reports
- Back up Payroll processing during absences
