You’ll own critical Workday Benefits configuration, help drive Open Enrollment from configuration through go-live, and partner with HR, Benefits, and external vendors to keep a complex environment running smoothly. Compensation $115,000 annually What You’ll Be Doing Configure Workday benefit plans, eligibility rules, events, and event rules. Own systems-side Open Enrollment configuration, testing, and go-live. Support ACA and COBRA administration within Workday. Configure qualifying life events and eligibility waiting periods. Lead testing, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution. Translate Benefits requirements into Workday solutions and documentation. What You’ll Need to be Considered Be able to do the job as described.
