Compensation
$45,000–$65,000 annually, depending on experience; higher compensation may be considered for advanced qualifications.
What You’ll Be Doing
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for internal users.
Configure and deploy computers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Manage support tickets, document resolutions, and maintain knowledge resources.
Escalate complex issues and collaborate with IT teammates.
Track IT assets and identify recurring issues.
Use approved AI tools to improve troubleshooting and documentation.
What You’ll Need to be Considered
Be able to do the job as described.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Linux, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.
Experience using AI tools for troubleshooting or documentation.
Azure networking, switches/firewalls, or C++ certifications are advantageous.
