Compensation
$50,000 base salary target (DOE)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare quotes for industrial equipment, tooling, conveyors, and safety systems.
- Respond to customer questions and resolve order issues by phone and email.
- Track orders, shipments, and deliveries and communicate updates.
- Enter quotes, orders, invoices, and basic accounting details in QuickBooks.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with vendors, shipping partners, and internal teams.
- Learn product lines to support customer needs and sales growth.
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Demonstrate hands‑on mechanical aptitude and practical technical problem‑solving.
- Show a genuine drive to sell and interest in eventually moving into Outside Sales.
- Be comfortable working on Mac computers.
- Be willing to learn specialized manufacturing and pressroom products.
