What You’ll Be Doing
- Sorting, coding, and entering delivery tickets from vendors, plants, and haulers
- Matching delivery tickets to inventory invoices
- Entering non-inventory invoices
- Building payment files for inventory and non-inventory vendors
- Filing paid invoices with check/ACH backup
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- 5+ years of dedicated AP experience, with AP as your primary role
- AP experience in construction, manufacturing, or another industrial setting
- Hands-on experience matching delivery tickets or receiving documents to invoices
- Working knowledge of JD Edwards or another major ERP
- Willingness to pitch in beyond AP
- Comfort with fast, direct communication
