What You'll Do
- Daily contact with customer/s to ascertain requirements, delivery days and update order and delivery status
- Processing of Sales Orders through to delivery and invoice
- Customer Complaints: acknowledge and process in accordance with Issue procedure
- Timely completion of month end procedure
