The Role:
What you'll be doing:
- Unlike a traditional 360 recruitment role, your primary focus is candidate delivery and shift fulfilment.
- The clients are already established; your job is to source the best talent and match them to the right shifts, fast.
- Fast-Paced Shift Matching: Manage a high volume of temporary care shifts, matching them efficiently with our pool of qualified support workers and nurses.
- Talent Sourcing Recruitment: Actively attract, source, and interview top-tier care candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networking.
