We are seeking IT Engineers and IT Project Leaders for an IT company located in Central London. Our company is part of a diversified group based in London, with businesses in restaurant management, investment, real estate brokerage, and management consulting. In this position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support to companies within the group as well as offering services to external clients. As our group experiences rapid growth, the IT department plays a crucial role in supporting the core of our business. Therefore, the scope of this position is broad, ranging from IT infrastructure operation and maintenance, security management, and technical support for end users, to the planning and implementation of new projects. Our office, which houses multiple group companies, fosters close collaboration, enabling an environment where open communication allows for the flexible and prompt proposal and execution of new ideas and solutions. We welcome applicants who possess advanced technical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Responsibilities:
- Network and Server Maintenance & Operation: Maintenance, management, operation, installation, configuration, and replacement of network equipment.
- Troubleshooting and recovery response in case of system failures.
- Continuous performance monitoring and early detection and preventive resolution of potential issues.
- Maintenance and operation of servers (e.g., email servers, web servers).
- Support for End Users and Clients: Providing technical support to employees of various group companies.
- Responding to IT-related inquiries and providing technical assistance.
- Configuration and management of PCs, software, networks, and user accounts (e.g., Microsoft 365).
- Providing training and advice on the use of various IT infrastructures.
- Security and IT Risk Management: Formulating and executing data backup plans, and managing data recovery.
- Developing and implementing IT security policies, and preventing and managing information leakage risks.
- Implementing countermeasures against external cyber-attacks and strengthening internal security.
- Others: Developing and updating IT operation manuals.
- Planning and executing new projects, and project management.
Requirements:
- Experience in network and server construction and maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Project management skills.
- Must have a valid visa to work in the UK.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in website operation and production.
- Experience or interest in project management.
- Unrestricted work visa in the UK.
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience.
Start Date: To be decided during the interview.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (compensatory time off available for weekend work).
