The Managing Director is accountable for the overall success, growth, and performance of the NKD business. This senior leader sets vision and strategy while ensuring strong execution, culture, and financial results.
Primary Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Strategic & Commercial Leadership
- Serves as a strategic, self-driven leader with a clear vision for long- and short-term growth of the NKD business
- Defines and executes the NKD business strategy in alignment with enterprise priorities
- Identifies growth opportunities, market trends, and emerging capabilities to drive sustainable expansion
- Balances strategic foresight with hands-on leadership and execution
Client Relationships & Market Presence
- Builds, strengthens, and maintains executive-level relationships with key NKD clients and partners
- Serves as an executive sponsor for strategic accounts and major engagements
- Ensures client solutions deliver measurable value and align with client objectives
- Strengthens NKD’s reputation and presence with priority clients and industry stakeholders
Forward-Thinking Leadership
- Brings a forward-thinking mindset, anticipating future client, market, and organizational needs
- Encourages innovation, continuous improvement, and new ways of working
- Adapts strategy and operating models to support scalability and long-term success
Financial Accountability
- Full P&L ownership for the NKD business
- Establish and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans
- Drive sustainable revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost discipline
Communication & Executive Presence
- Demonstrates strong executive presence and credibility with team members, clients, partners, and enterprise leaders
- Communicates with clarity, confidence, and influence across audiences

Operational Excellence & Execution
- Drives operational excellence across the NKD business
- Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and impact

Qualifications
- 5 -10+ years in a senior leadership role
- Proven strategic, financial, and people leadership capabilities
- Strong experience leading client relationships, operations, and financial outcomes
- Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or agency environments
- Experience leading within a global organization
