Looking for junior profile with 3+ years experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform required routine checks of video and audio conference (VAC), meeting rooms and auditorium, taking action on identified problems and advising superiors when required.
  • Log calls with vendors for faulty equipment and elevate accordingly.
  • Daily monitoring of CISCO and Condeco vendor management.
  • Setup of VC between office campus and external companies.
  • Monitoring of VIP VCs and events (annual and interim results) and managing auditorium bookings.
  • Provide hands and feet assistance to Video Conferencing incidents and alerts – calls logged via Global service desk (GSD).
  • Setup of presentation and audio calls in VC rooms on user request via GSD.
  • Managing the Screen Cloud Screens to be reviewed for any failure.
  • Managing the onboarding and changes to Cloud booking based on requests and incidents.
  • Managing Cloudbooking platform and perform any troubleshooting activities.
  • Managing Multitaction Environment and assisting during the usage and functionality integration.
  • Manage and review all services part of UCC team scope.
  • Manage and support video walls in the office.
  • New MS Meeting room configuration and feature enablement based on requirements like equipment display panel etc. and additional service.
  • Support in upgrade of hardware and software of VC kit where required.
