The predicted salary is between 60000 - 75000 £ per year.
Will have experience of iTrent, preferably within an implementation role.
Will have contextual experience of HR and Payroll.
Will be adept with Business Objects and other reporting solutions.
Will have a firm grasp of change control.
Typical work activities:
- Provide solutions to customer problems and escalate to the vendor where a common issue is becoming apparent.
- Pro-actively supporting customers by spotting issues which may escalate into more serious technical problems, diagnosing those issues and resolving them.
- Work closely with our internal departments on improvement plans.
- Following standard, best practice processes to ensure our systems are maintained and pro actively supported.
- Identify issues and support the HR & Payroll team to implement and test fixes.
- Take the lead user acceptance testing procedures.
- Maintain systems with a high degree of care and focus on customer improvements.
- Administer the change control procedures and acceptance.
- Identify opportunities for automation and improved communication through the use of Batch Processes, Scheduled Reports, Workflows and Process Chains/Checklists.
- Ensure our payroll is ‘audit ready’ and assist users with producing user audit journeys and reports.
- Develop new reports for payroll and HR users to support key processes.
- Work alongside the HR & Payroll function to interpret data and provide information to customers.
- Support the ongoing maintenance and development of integrations between iTrent and third party solutions.
- Support end users with user training and ongoing assessment of skills gaps.
The client is also closing their iTrent implementation project and will be looking for assistance with rolling out below modules so experience with below would be an advantage.
