We're looking for an experienced
Net Suite Project Manager to lead complex Net Suite implementations across multiple European entities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has successfully delivered end-to-end ERP projects, managed senior stakeholders, and understands the challenges of rolling out Net Suite across different countries, legal entities, and business functions.
Experience delivering
European Net Suite implementations is essential, while exposure to
Zone Advanced Billing (ZAB) would be highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle Net Suite implementation projects from discovery through to go-live and hypercare.
- Manage multiple workstreams including Finance, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory and CRM.
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, budgets and governance documentation.
- Coordinate internal teams, implementation partners and third-party vendors.
- Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and drive process improvements.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources and budgets.
- Ensure successful delivery across multiple European legal entities and countries.
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, providing regular project updates and steering committee reporting.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support testing, training, change management and user adoption activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end
Net Suite ERP implementations .
- Strong Project Management background within ERP environments.
- Experience managing
European or multinational Net Suite rollouts .
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across Finance, Operations and IT.
- Strong understanding of Net Suite modules including Finance, Procurement, Order Management and Inventory.
- Experience working with implementation partners and third-party integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Experience
- Experience with
Zone Advanced Billing (ZAB) .
- Net Suite One World implementation experience.
- Experience with Suite Projects, Celigo or other integration platforms.
- Knowledge of tax localisation, VAT and European financial regulations.
- PRINCE2, PMP or Agile Project Management certification.
