Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the functional delivery of Epicor Manufacturing modules.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into Epicor solutions.
  • Configure and optimise MRP, Production, Scheduling, MES, Inventory and Supply Chain processes.
  • Facilitate workshops with production, planning and operations teams.
  • Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training.
  • Provide best practice guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Work alongside technical consultants, project managers and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Experience

  • Extensive experience delivering Epicor ERP implementations within manufacturing environments.
  • Strong functional knowledge of: Manufacturing, Production Management, MRP, Scheduling, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, MES / Shop Floor Data Collection.
  • Experience leading client workshops and business process mapping.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to improve manufacturing processes using Epicor.
  • Experience across Epicor 10 and/or Kinetic is highly desirable.

Desirable

  • Multi-site manufacturing implementation experience.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Experience supporting ERP upgrades or cloud migrations.
  • Exposure to BAQs, Dashboards and reporting.
