The Inventory Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling inventory operations.

They monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure efficient inventory management to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Track inventory movement, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
  • Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and demand.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and sales departments.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Prepare inventory reports for management and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in inventory or warehouse management.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory software.
