We are supporting a fashion retail business that is looking for an experienced NetSuite Consultant to stabilise and improve their current NetSuite environment. This is a part-time contract role, fully remote, initially running for 3 months with the potential to extend.
The focus of this engagement is on fixing a poor NetSuite implementation, strengthening core functionality, and acting as the primary NetSuite expert across the business.
The Role
You will take ownership of NetSuite across the organisation, working closely with stakeholders to redesign, rework, and optimise the existing setup. The business operates across five subsidiaries in the UK, EU, and USA, and requires hands-on support to ensure NetSuite properly supports retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary NetSuite subject matter expert for the business
- Review and remediate a poorly implemented NetSuite solution
- Re-design and optimise core NetSuite functionality to support retail operations
- Support NetSuite usage and integration across five subsidiaries in the UK, EU, and USA
- Deliver improvements on a 2-days-per-week basis over an initial 3-month period
- Train and upskill users across finance and operational teams to improve adoption and confidence
The Ideal Consultant
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Consultant in a retail environment (fashion experience preferred)
- Strong track record of fixing or reworking underperforming NetSuite implementations
- Hands-on experience with multi-subsidiary and international NetSuite setups
- Comfortable acting as the go-to NetSuite expert within a business
- Confident training and supporting non-technical users
