Overview
Our client is looking for a highly motivated and accomplished sales professional with a strong background in ERP solutions, specifically NetSuite. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced NetSuite Sales Consultant to join a dynamic, high-performing team where you’ll be responsible for driving new business, nurturing client relationships, and overseeing the entire sales lifecycle. This role requires a consultative approach, a strategic mindset, and the ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders across a variety of industries. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping business growth while positioning NetSuite as the solution of choice for clients.
Key Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2+ years’ proven experience in NetSuite sales, with exposure to ERP / SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets within competitive markets.
- Strong consultative and solution-oriented selling skills; able to identify pain points, design tailored solutions, and articulate ROI.
- Ability to navigate and manage complex, multi-stage sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and influencers.
- Excellent relationship-building and account management skills, fostering long-term partnerships and client retention.
- Skilled in presenting to and negotiating with C-level executives, directors, and senior management.
- Commercially astute, ambitious, and results-driven with a proactive approach to business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from initial lead generation and prospecting through to negotiation and deal closure.
- Identify, target, and engage new business opportunities within the ERP market, with a focus on NetSuite.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with senior decision-makers to uncover business requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and solution presentations that align with client objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and grow strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted NetSuite/ERP advisor.
- Actively manage and nurture a sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent achievement of revenue goals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (consulting, delivery, customer success) to ensure a seamless client journey from sales through implementation.
- Negotiate commercial terms, ensuring both client satisfaction and business profitability.
- Provide market insight, competitor analysis, and client feedback to influence sales strategy and go-to-market initiatives.
