Environment: IFS Applications 10

  • Provide help desk and 1st/2nd line support for users across the IFS Apps 10 environment, logging, triaging, and resolving incidents and service requests.
  • Deliver functional support across key IFS modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects), troubleshooting configuration and process-related issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for user queries, delivering clear guidance, training support, and best-practice advice to improve system adoption.
  • Investigate system errors, data issues, and integration points, working with technical teams where required to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
  • Support ongoing system optimisation, documentation updates, and minor enhancements to ensure stability and performance of the IFS Apps 10 platform.
