As part of their ongoing digital transformation journey, they are investing heavily in their ERP and data capabilities to drive smarter decision-making across the business. We are supporting them in the search for a skilled Epicor Specialist with strong Power BI expertise to join their team. This is a key position sitting between IT and the wider business, responsible for optimising the Epicor ERP system while enhancing reporting and analytics capabilities through Power BI. You will play a critical role in improving system efficiency, supporting users and delivering meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decisions. Support, maintain and continuously improve Epicor functionality, workflows and integrations Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights Extract, transform and analyse data from Epicor and other systems Lead or support ERP-related projects, upgrades and enhancements Provide user training and ongoing support to ensure effective system utilisation Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across systems Strong Power BI skills, including dashboard development and data modelling Solid understanding of manufacturing processes such as production, inventory and supply chain Experience with SQL and data extraction tools Exposure to other BI or data tools Previous involvement in ERP implementations or upgrades
