We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Process Consultant to facilitate process workshops and bring industry best-practice knowledge to a leading construction-focused ERP project. This is a partātime role (~3 days/week), initially running from end of the year through to end of March/early April, with potential for longerāterm engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate process workshops, providing guidance on best practices within the construction industry.
- Challenge existing business processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with clients to articulate how ERP solutions can support endātoāend construction processes.
- Act as a bridge between business processes and ERP system functionality, ensuring practical and efficient solutions.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and discussions as required (availability may be needed for key meetings in December).
Strong construction industry background with inādepth knowledge of construction processes and workflows. Proven facilitation skills, able to lead senior stakeholders through workshops and discussions. Experience in ERP systems (preferably IFS) is beneficial, but emphasis is on business process expertise. Comfortable explaining complex processes and ERP functionality to a nonātechnical audience. Demonstrable track record of working with largeāscale construction organisations.
Role Type: Partātime, 3 days/week
Fixedāterm: 3ā4 months initially, with potential for extension based on project needs.
