Our client is seeking an experienced Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) Business Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the ERP team, ensuring P21 solutions meet operational requirements and drive process efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across P21 modules including inventory, distribution, sales, purchasing, and finance.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Support testing activities, including creating test scripts, executing UAT, and resolving issues.
- Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and recommending improvements.
- Deliver training and documentation to end-users.
- Participate in ERP projects, upgrades, and integrations, providing functional expertise.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with Epicor Prophet 21.
- Strong understanding of distribution, supply chain, and finance processes.
- Experience with system testing, UAT, and ERP implementations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
