We're supporting a family-owned organisation in the education sector that is looking for an experienced NetSuite Integration Specialist to lead the integration between NetSuite ERP and iSAMS. This is a hands-on technical role focused on designing, developing and supporting robust integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between the school's Student Information System and NetSuite. The client is ideally looking to engage a contractor on an Outside IR35 basis and can offer fully remote working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and iSAMS.
  • Build and support REST/SOAP API integrations using SuiteScript and SuiteTalk.
  • Configure and maintain middleware solutions where appropriate (Celigo, Boomi or similar).
  • Map and transform data between NetSuite and iSAMS.
  • Automate business processes and improve system efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and optimise performance.
  • Work closely with Finance, IT and external vendors throughout the project.
  • Produce technical documentation and support testing/UAT.
  • Ensure data integrity and security across all integrations.
Essential Experience
  • Strong NetSuite ERP experience.
  • Previous experience integrating NetSuite with iSAMS.
  • SuiteScript 2.0/2.1 development.
  • RESTlets and SuiteTalk (REST & SOAP APIs).
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON and XML.
  • Experience with middleware platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft or similar.
  • SQL and data transformation experience.
  • Experience working on end-to-end NetSuite integration projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
  • Previous experience working within the education sector.
  • Experience with student management systems.
  • NetSuite certifications.
  • Experience with SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).

Contract Details: Fully Remote, Outside IR35 (preferred), 3-Month Initial Contract, Immediate Start.
