IT Works Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced IFS Supply Chain Consultant to lead functional design, implementation, and optimization of IFS ERP / IFS Cloud Supply Chain modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver endātoāend supply chain solutions aligned with operational and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Functional Consulting & Implementation
- Lead and support implementations of IFS Supply Chain modules, including Inventory Management, Purchasing & Procurement, Order Management, Demand Planning, Warehouse Management.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into IFS functional solutions.
- Configure IFS Supply Chain modules to meet business needs.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend bestāpractice solutions.
- Business Process & Advisory
- Design and optimize endātoāend supply chain processes.
- Advise clients on IFS standard functionality and industry best practices.
- Support process harmonization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Testing & Deployment
- Develop functional specifications and test scripts.
- Support system testing (SIT, UAT).
- Assist with data migration and validation.
- Support goālive and postāgoālive stabilization.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the functional liaison between business users and technical consultants.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user demonstrations.
- Provide functional support and troubleshooting.
- Documentation & Training
- Create functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and user guides.
- Deliver endāuser training and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills & Experience
- Functional Expertise
- Strong handsāon experience with IFS Applications / IFS Cloud Supply Chain.
- Inādepth knowledge of Inventory Management, Purchasing & Procurement, Order Management, Warehouse Management, (Supply Chain Planning desirable).
- Strong understanding of endātoāend supply chain processes.
- ERP & Industry Experience
- Experience delivering ERP implementation or upgrade projects.
- Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, aviation, energy, or construction is an advantage.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or related field.
- IFS Supply Chain Certification is highly desirable.
- APICS / CSCP / CPIM certification is a plus.
- Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problemāsolving abilities.
- Ability to lead workshops and client discussions.
- Experience working in crossāfunctional and multicultural teams.
