The Business Applications Lead is responsible for the strategic oversight, governance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s enterprise application landscape. This role bridges business and technology, ensuring that systems such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other core platforms effectively support operational and strategic objectives.
The role combines leadership, technical oversight, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure application stability, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Define and maintain the enterprise applications roadmap aligned to business strategy.
- Establish governance standards for application lifecycle management.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation and process automation.
- Ensure systems remain secure, scalable, and compliant.
- Lead and develop a team of application analysts, support engineers, and consultants.
