Overview
We are supporting a global organisation that is embarking on a major ERP transformation programme. They are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to take ownership of their IFS Cloud implementation, ensuring the system is successfully delivered, aligned to business objectives, and fully adopted across the organisation.
Role
As ERP Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the full end-to-end implementation of IFS Cloud. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and with maximum business value. This is a high-profile role requiring strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end ERP implementation of IFS Cloud.
- Create and oversee project plans, scope, budget, risks, and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business process owners, SMEs, IT specialists, and third-party consultants.
- Define, document, and optimise business processes to align with the new system.
- Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and align system capabilities with business needs.
- Manage change and communication to drive user adoption across the business.
- Oversee data migration, system integration, and ensure data accuracy.
- Lead system testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, industry best practice, and legal requirements.
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in managing ERP implementation projects, specifically IFS Cloud.
- Strong background in business process mapping, data migration, and system integration.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills (English required, additional languages an advantage).
- A proactive, professional, and solutions-focused approach.
