About the Role

We’re supporting a global business currently rolling out IFS Cloud across multiple sites and regions. As part of this transformation, we’re looking for an experienced IFS Manufacturing Consultant to join the project team on a contract basis. You’ll play a key role in designing, configuring, and delivering the Manufacturing module within IFS, ensuring it aligns with best practice and supports the client’s operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirement-gathering workshops with business stakeholders.
  • Configure and deploy the IFS Manufacturing module (Work Orders, Routings, BOMs, MRP, Shop Floor, and Production Planning).
  • Provide expert functional support throughout design, build, test, and deployment phases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Engineering, Projects) to ensure seamless integration.
  • Support data migration, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Deliver user training and provide post-go-live support where required.

Experience Required

  • Proven background as an IFS Manufacturing Functional Consultant (IFS Apps 9, 10, or Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices within IFS.
  • Experience working on full lifecycle IFS implementations or global rollouts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage deliverables independently.
