Overview
We’re supporting a global organisation currently rolling out a large-scale IFS ERP transformation programme. As part of this project, we’re looking for an IFS Data & Integrations Analyst to join the team on an initial 6-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension. You’ll be joining a small, collaborative team responsible for preparing local entities ahead of deployment, focusing on data preparation and system integration activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with local technical and architecture teams to identify and document integration requirements between local systems (e.g., Transport Management or Finance) and the IFS ERP core solution.
- Develop integration specifications and coordinate with 3rd-party integration partners for build and delivery.
- Collaborate with local data leads to share IFS data templates, guide on completion timelines, and monitor progress.
- Work closely with the programme’s central data lead to ensure full alignment with the global IFS data and integration strategy.
- Support early data validation and readiness activities ahead of solution rollout.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Integration Analyst within IFS ERP or similar large ERP transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of data migration processes, system integrations, and working with third-party vendors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across international teams.
- Experience with IFS Cloud is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently within a structured project framework.
