My client is a growing, nationwide business looking for an Net Suite Admin to take ownership of their Net Suite platform and wider business applications.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on with Net Suite, working closely with stakeholders and finding ways to improve systems and processes.
The role
You'll provide 2nd/3rd line support across Net Suite and other connected business applications, while playing a key role in the ongoing development and optimisation of the Net Suite platform.
You'll work closely with Finance, HR, Procurement, IT and external technology partners to troubleshoot issues, deliver improvements and help shape the future technology roadmap.
Key responsibilities
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support across Net Suite and connected business applications
- Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches
- Troubleshoot Net Suite issues and identify root causes
- Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows
- Work with third-party applications and integration partners
- Lead Net Suite upgrades, releases and regression testing
- Support Finance, HR and Procurement users across Net Suite
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and efficiency
- Maintain strong data quality and system governance
- Manage tickets, priorities and SLAs
- Produce and maintain technical and support documentation
- Provide user guidance and training where required
- Contribute to the wider Net Suite roadmap and application architecture
- Work with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure and maintainable solutions

- Good understanding of core Finance processes within Net Suite
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting Net Suite environments
- Knowledge of integrations, APIs and connected applications
