I’m currently partnering with a leading organisation that is looking to appoint an experienced HR Systems Manager to lead the strategic management and optimisation of their iTrent HR & Payroll system. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys sitting at the intersection of HR, Payroll, and Technology, driving system improvements, ensuring data integrity, and enabling better decision-making through HR analytics. The Role:
As the HR Systems Manager, you’ll take ownership of the organisation’s iTrent HR and Payroll platform, ensuring it is effectively configured, optimised, and aligned with business needs. You’ll act as the key link between HR, Payroll, and IT, ensuring the system supports operational efficiency, compliance, and insightful reporting across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration, maintenance, and continuous optimisation of the iTrent HR and Payroll system
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless system functionality and integration
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and change releases
- Maintain data integrity, security, and GDPR compliance
- Develop and deliver HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to support strategic decision-making
- Support accurate payroll processing through robust system configuration and validation
- Manage system access controls, workflows, and approval structures
- Liaise with external vendors and third-party providers where required

- Strong experience managing iTrent HR/Payroll systems
