We are looking for a strategic and delivery-focused IFS Product Owner to own and maximize the value of enterprise solutions built on IFS Applications. This role bridges business and technology, defining product vision, managing the backlog, and ensuring IFS enhancements align with business priorities and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the IFS product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
- Manage and prioritize the IFS backlog (features, enhancements, defects, technical debt).
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with stakeholders, SMEs, and delivery teams to ensure value-driven releases.
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement; accept delivered work.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10+ years in ERP roles with proven Product Owner or Business Product ownership experience.
- Strong functional knowledge of IFS modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Projects, Service, etc.).
- Experience delivering IFS enhancements, upgrades, or cloud transformations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and product lifecycle management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Product Owner (CSPO/PSPO) or equivalent.
- IFS Functional or Cloud certifications.
- Experience with data-driven prioritization, KPIs, and value realization.
- Product mindset & value optimization.
