We are looking to speak with an experienced IFS Cloud Programme Manager who has a proven track record of delivering large-scale, global ERP transformation programmes. This is an opportunity to lead a significant international IFS Cloud implementation and consolidation programme, however our priority is finding someone with the right experience to successfully deliver a complex global rollout.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end IFS Cloud implementations from project initiation through to successful go-live and hypercare.
- Previous experience as an IFS Programme Manager or Senior IFS Project Manager leading enterprise-wide IFS Cloud programmes.
- Successfully managed global IFS Cloud implementations across multiple countries, ideally on programmes spanning 20+ international locations.
- Experience delivering IFS Cloud into organisations with an annual turnover of £100 million or more.
- A strong background in managing complex ERP transformation programmes involving multiple business units, legal entities and international stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience consolidating businesses onto a single global IFS Cloud platform.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at Executive and Board level.
- Strong experience managing implementation partners, third-party vendors and internal delivery teams.
- Proven ability to manage programme governance, budgets, risks, dependencies and project timelines.
- Experience driving business change, user adoption and organisational transformation throughout an ERP implementation.
- A hands-on, delivery-focused approach with the ability to overcome challenges and keep large-scale programmes on track.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience within manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, distribution or service-based organisations.
- Previous responsibility for global template deployments and country rollouts.
- Strong understanding of IFS Cloud best practices and implementation methodologies.
- Experience working within complex international organisations.
