The Opportunity My client, a growing NetSuite Partner, is looking for a NetSuite Practice Director to lead and scale their NetSuite consulting practice. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for owning the NetSuite delivery function, developing the consulting team, driving implementation excellence, and supporting business growth. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the NetSuite practice, ensuring high-quality delivery while building strong client relationships across mid-market and enterprise organisations.

Responsibilities

  • Practice Leadership
    • Lead and develop the NetSuite consulting and delivery team including Project Managers, Functional Consultants and Technical Consultants
    • Define and execute the NetSuite practice strategy and growth roadmap
    • Build scalable delivery frameworks, methodologies and best practices
    • Drive utilisation, profitability and practice performance
  • Delivery Oversight
    • Provide executive oversight across NetSuite implementations
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
    • Support complex projects and act as senior escalation point for clients
    • Implement delivery governance, quality assurance and risk management processes
  • Client Engagement
    • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across client organisations
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients undergoing ERP transformation
    • Support pre-sales activities including solution design, proposals and project scoping
  • Practice Growth
    • Support sales teams with NetSuite opportunities and strategic deals
    • Identify opportunities for practice expansion, service offerings and vertical solutions
    • Work closely with leadership to drive revenue growth and market positioning
  • Team Development
    • Recruit, mentor and develop NetSuite consultants
    • Build a high-performing consulting culture
    • Ensure consultants are trained and certified across NetSuite capabilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading a NetSuite practice or ERP consulting team
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite implementations, delivery models and best practices
  • Experience working within a NetSuite Partner, Consultancy or Systems Integrator
  • Track record delivering large-scale NetSuite transformation programmes
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting sales and pre-sales processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
