My client is seeking a proactive and technically capable NetSuite Administrator to take ownership of their NetSuite environment, ensuring the platform continues to support business growth and operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and optimise the NetSuite ERP platform.
- Manage users, roles, permissions, dashboards, workflows, forms, and saved searches.
- Act as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related support and troubleshooting.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into system solutions.
- Create and maintain reports, KPIs, and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Support ongoing system enhancements, process improvements, and NetSuite projects.
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to maximise system utilisation.
- Coordinate testing and deployment of new functionality and system updates.
- Maintain system documentation, training materials, and best practice guides.
- Liaise with third-party partners and vendors where required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or NetSuite Super User.
- Strong understanding of core NetSuite functionality across Finance, CRM, Order Management, Inventory, or Supply Chain.
- Experience creating saved searches, reports, dashboards, workflows, and customisations.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective user support.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Highly organised with a continuous improvement mindset.
Desirable Skills
- NetSuite Administrator Certification.
- Experience with SuiteFlow and basic SuiteScript knowledge.
- Exposure to integrations such as Celigo, Boomi, or other middleware platforms.
- Experience supporting multi-subsidiary or international NetSuite environments.
- Knowledge of financial processes including Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay.
