My client is seeking a proactive and technically capable NetSuite Administrator to take ownership of their NetSuite environment, ensuring the platform continues to support business growth and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Administer, maintain, and optimise the NetSuite ERP platform.
  • Manage users, roles, permissions, dashboards, workflows, forms, and saved searches.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related support and troubleshooting.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Create and maintain reports, KPIs, and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Support ongoing system enhancements, process improvements, and NetSuite projects.
  • Work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to maximise system utilisation.
  • Coordinate testing and deployment of new functionality and system updates.
  • Maintain system documentation, training materials, and best practice guides.
  • Liaise with third-party partners and vendors where required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or NetSuite Super User.
  • Strong understanding of core NetSuite functionality across Finance, CRM, Order Management, Inventory, or Supply Chain.
  • Experience creating saved searches, reports, dashboards, workflows, and customisations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective user support.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Highly organised with a continuous improvement mindset.

Desirable Skills

  • NetSuite Administrator Certification.
  • Experience with SuiteFlow and basic SuiteScript knowledge.
  • Exposure to integrations such as Celigo, Boomi, or other middleware platforms.
  • Experience supporting multi-subsidiary or international NetSuite environments.
  • Knowledge of financial processes including Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay.
