We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Projects Consultant to support a large-scale Salesforce and NetSuite integration programme. The business currently uses Salesforce as its CRM and NetSuite for finance, but has not yet fully implemented the NetSuite Projects module despite already licensing it.
This engagement will focus on designing, implementing, and optimising the NetSuite Projects module to improve project visibility, automate billing processes, and streamline financial operations across the business. The successful consultant will work closely with internal stakeholders across finance, operations, and the newly formed data team to define best practices and support the integration strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation and optimisation of the NetSuite Projects module
- Work alongside stakeholders to design an effective integration between Salesforce and NetSuite
- Support the transition away from manual CSV imports and spreadsheet-based project tracking
- Advise on best practice processes for project accounting, billing, and project cost management
- Collaborate with the internal data team on data structure, cleansing, and migration activities
- Support integration planning using MuleSoft as the middleware platform
- Help define how project completion data from Salesforce can automate billing workflows within NetSuite
- Review and improve AP and project cost tracking processes
- Assess existing NetSuite usage, including areas such as purchasing and PO workflows which are not currently utilised
- Provide guidance on scalable system architecture and operational processes
- Strong experience implementing and configuring NetSuite Projects
- Proven experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce
- Experience working on ERP/CRM integration projects involving middleware platforms such as MuleSoft
- Strong understanding of finance processes including project accounting, billing, and accounts payable
- Experience supporting data migration and data cleansing initiatives
- Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong workshop and discovery session experience
