We are seeking an experienced Net Suite Manufacturing Consultant to support the implementation, optimization, and enhancement of Net Suite ERP within a manufacturing environment.
The successful contractor will work closely with business stakeholders, operations, supply chain, production, finance, and technical teams to deliver scalable manufacturing solutions aligned with business objectives.
This role requires deep expertise in Net Suite Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Production processes, along with strong business analysis and solution design skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Net Suite Manufacturing functionality.
- Gather and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Configure and optimize manufacturing processes including
- Work Orders
- Assemblies and Bill of Materials (BOMs)
- Routings
- Work Centers
- Production Scheduling
- Demand Planning
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Inventory Management
- Advise on best practices for manufacturing operations within Net Suite.
- Support end-to-end ERP implementation activities, including solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
- Collaborate with technical consultants and developers on customizations, integrations, and reporting requirements.
- Develop functional specifications and review technical designs.
- Execute system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
- Provide user training and knowledge transfer to business teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.
