We are supporting a growing business that is looking to maximise its investment in NetSuite CRM and further develop its sales, reporting, and forecasting capabilities. This role will focus on enhancing an existing NetSuite environment, helping the business move towards a more unified CRM and reporting strategy while improving visibility for sales leadership and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance and optimise existing NetSuite CRM functionality, focusing on opportunity management, quoting processes, account visibility, and sales lifecycle management.
  • Develop and improve dashboards, KPIs, and reporting capabilities to provide greater visibility for sales managers and leadership teams.
  • Support forecasting initiatives, including improving reporting structures and forecasting methodologies based on invoicing and sales performance data.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to define requirements, challenge assumptions, reduce scope creep, and help shape a realistic and achievable CRM roadmap.
  • Review existing data structures and reporting foundations to ensure accurate and scalable CRM reporting and analytics.
  • Provide consultative guidance on NetSuite best practice and identify opportunities to increase native platform utilisation.

Required Experience

  • Strong hands-on NetSuite CRM experience within complex business environments.
  • Proven experience improving CRM processes rather than delivering greenfield ERP implementations.
  • Expertise in opportunity management, sales pipeline visibility, quoting, forecasting, and sales reporting.
  • Experience building dashboards and management reporting for commercial and sales leadership teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical NetSuite solutions.
  • Experience working within high-volume product, retail, distribution, software, or similar environments would be advantageous.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW).
  • Background in reporting, analytics, and data architecture.
  • Experience supporting organisations transitioning from Salesforce to NetSuite CRM.
  • Ability to provide strategic and consultative input during discovery and scoping phases.
