We are seeking an experienced consultant/contractor to support a data migration initiative involving extraction of HR and Payroll data from the Zellis ResourceLink application and transformation of the extracted data into Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM data load templates for migration into Oracle Cloud.
Detailed requirements are as follows:
- Engagement Type: Contractor
- Duration: Until Oct'27
- Location: UK-based preferred with remote working capability
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse existing ResourceLink HR and Payroll data structures and identify required data objects for migration.
- Perform data extraction from ResourceLink using available reporting tools, APIs, SQL queries, or export utilities.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand data migration scope and data quality considerations.
- Map ResourceLink data fields to Oracle HCM Cloud business objects and HDL/HSDL/FBDI templates.
- Transform extracted datasets into Oracle-compatible load formats.
- Support cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution activities.
- Produce data mapping documents, transformation rules, and reconciliation reports.
- Support mock loads, SIT/UAT cycles, and cutover rehearsals.
- Collaborate with Oracle functional consultants and payroll SMEs to ensure successful migration outcomes.
- Ensure GDPR and data security compliance throughout extraction and transformation activities.
