Epicor Developer in Birmingham

Our client is seeking an experienced Epicor Developer to support the ongoing development, customisation and integration of their Epicor ERP platform. This role will suit a technically strong developer with a solid understanding of Epicor architecture and a proven track record of delivering ERP enhancements in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customise and support Epicor ERP solutions in line with business requirements
• Build and maintain Epicor customisations including BPMs, BAQs, dashboards and custom forms
• Develop C# solutions within the Epicor framework and associated .NET technologies
• Design and support integrations between Epicor and third-party systems using REST APIs and web services
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development, test and production environmentsSupport Epicor upgrades, patches and release cycles
• Work closely with functional consultants, business users and technical teams to deliver robust solutions
• Produce clear technical documentation and follow development best practice

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as an Epicor Developer (Epicor ERP 10 and / or Kinetic)
• Strong C# and .NET development experience
• Solid experience with Epicor customisations including BPMs, BAQs and dashboards
• Experience building integrations using REST APIs, web services or middleware platforms
• Strong SQL Server skills including querying and performance tuning
• Understanding of manufacturing, distribution or supply chain processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team
• Epicor Kinetic experience
• Experience with Epicor ICE tools
• Exposure to Epicor upgrades or full implementation projects
• Previous contract or project-based ERP work
