Our client is seeking an experienced Data Lead to take ownership of all data-related activities for a group-wide Infor ERP implementation programme, while establishing a robust long-term master data governance strategy across the organisation. This is a key leadership role that will drive the transition from a fragmented, site-based data landscape to a centrally governed, high-quality data environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enabling consistent business processes, accurate reporting, and future data and analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data cleansing, standardisation, and preparation activities across multiple business sites
- Own data mapping, transformation, and migration into the new Infor ERP platform
- Coordinate data conversion cycles, validation, testing, and go-live activities
- Design and implement group-wide master data management and governance frameworks
- Act as the primary data lead between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
- Ensure continuity of reporting capabilities throughout and after ERP deployment
- Support future business intelligence and analytics initiatives through strong data foundations
- Provide ongoing leadership and stewardship of data management practices beyond the ERP implementation
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a Data Lead, Data Governance, Master Data Management, or Data Management role
- Strong expertise in data migration, ERP integration, data quality, and governance processes
- Previous involvement in large-scale ERP transformation programmes (Infor experience advantageous)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
- Strong organisational skills with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to delivery
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
