IT Works Health LTD is seeking a SystmOne Change Consultant to support a large NHS transformation programme on an initial 6-month contract with hybrid working. The role focuses on people and process change rather than pure configuration, requiring experience across SystmOne deployments, service redesign, adoption, training, stakeholder engagement and embedding new workflows into operational teams.
