We are seeking an experienced

LIMS Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) implementation and related projects. This is a remote contract role, working with cross-functional business and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end LIMS implementation projects, including planning, delivery, and stakeholder management.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Track project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and governance.
  • Support change management, user adoption, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing LIMS implementation or enhancement projects.
  • Strong project management skills with experience using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences organisations is highly desirable.
  • Relevant project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is an advantage.
