An NHS Trust is looking for an experienced
PMO Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale Digital Transformation Programme.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in ensuring governance, reporting, planning and programme controls are embedded across a complex portfolio of digital projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Programme Management Office (PMO) function across a major digital transformation programme.
- Develop and maintain programme governance, reporting and assurance processes.
- Manage programme planning, RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies and change control.
- Produce high-quality reports, dashboards and executive updates for senior stakeholders.
- Support programme delivery through effective resource planning and milestone tracking.
- Ensure compliance with NHS governance standards and programme management methodologies.
- Work closely with Programme Managers, Project Managers and senior clinical and operational stakeholders.
Essential Experience
- Previous experience as a PMO Manager within the NHS.
- Strong understanding of NHS Digital, EPR or clinical systems programmes.
- Experience managing governance within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of programme planning tools and reporting.
- Experience with RAID management, financial tracking and programme assurance.
- PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent programme/project management qualifications are desirable.
Desirable Experience
- Electronic Patient Record (EPR) implementation.
- Digital Transformation or Infrastructure programmes.
