We are seeking an experienced and strategic EPR (Electronic Patient Record) Programme Director to lead the successful delivery of a large-scale digital transformation programme. This role is pivotal in driving the implementation and optimisation of an EPR system, ensuring it delivers measurable improvements in clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and accountability for the EPR programme from planning through to delivery and post-implementation optimisation.
- Develop and execute programme strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Engage with executive stakeholders, clinical leaders, and external partners to ensure strong governance and collaboration.
- Oversee programme budgets, timelines, risks, and resources, ensuring delivery within agreed constraints.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including clinical, technical, and operational workstreams.
- Ensure effective change management, user adoption, and training strategies are in place.
