  • Gather structured feedback from frontline users and translate this into meaningful insight.

Key Responsibilities - Product and Internal Collaboration

  • Act as the interface between NHS customers and internal product teams.

  • Contribute to roadmap discussions and feature prioritisation.
  • Support testing and validation to ensure solutions are safe, usable, and aligned with real-world workflows.

Strong understanding of urgent and emergency care pathways. Demonstrable experience of tender writing and bid contribution (essential). Clear interest in digital health, technology and innovation. Confident communicator able to engage clinicians, managers, and senior NHS leaders. Ability to work collaboratively across clinical, commercial, and technical teams. Willingness to travel regularly across the UK. Experience working with NHS procurement or frameworks. Experience in health technology, digital transformation, or clinical informatics.
