We are seeking a registered Paramedic (or an individual with a paramedic background) with a strong interest in digital health and technology to join our growing team. This is a unique hybrid role combining clinical expertise, tender writing, customer engagement, and product influence. You will play a key role in supporting NHS organisations to adopt digital solutions that genuinely improve patient outcomes and support clinicians. Acting as a trusted clinical voice internally and externally, you will contribute directly to tender submissions, deliver product demonstrations, engage with senior NHS stakeholders, and help shape how our solutions evolve. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of clinical practice, innovation, and commercial strategy, within a small, focused organisation where collaboration is close and impact is visible.
Key responsibilities - Clinical and Customer Engagement
- Act as a clinical subject matter expert for our digital solutions, particularly within urgent and emergency care.
- Deliver high-quality product demonstrations to clinicians, operational leaders, and executive stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with NHS customers, including senior clinical, digital, and executive leaders.
- Attend customer meetings, workshops, and conferences across the UK.
- Gather structured feedback from frontline users and translate this into meaningful insight.
Key Responsibilities - Product and Internal Collaboration
- Act as the interface between NHS customers and internal product teams.
- Translate clinical challenges into clear requirements and practical product improvements.
- Contribute to roadmap discussions and feature prioritisation.
- Support testing and validation to ensure solutions are safe, usable, and aligned with real-world workflows.
Strong understanding of urgent and emergency care pathways. Demonstrable experience of tender writing and bid contribution (essential). Clear interest in digital health, technology and innovation. Confident communicator able to engage clinicians, managers, and senior NHS leaders. Ability to work collaboratively across clinical, commercial, and technical teams. Willingness to travel regularly across the UK. Experience working with NHS procurement or frameworks. Experience in health technology, digital transformation, or clinical informatics. Involvement in service redesign, innovation projects, or pathway improvement. Experience presenting to senior stakeholders or at events. Exposure to commercial environments within healthcare.
