Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements for Lab Ware LIMS enhancements, implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
Collaborate with laboratory, quality, and technical stakeholders to understand workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into functional solutions.
Produce clear documentation, including user stories, process maps, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and supporting project artefacts.
Support solution design, system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), validation, and change control activities within regulated laboratory environments.
Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability while contributing to system improvements, user support, issue resolution, and continuous optimisation of Lab Ware LIMS.
