  • Recover and deliver complex/high-risk programmes, establishing strong governance, clear plans, decisive RAID management and delivery momentum.
  • Coordinate complex healthcare IT integration, including LIMS, EPR/EHR, Order Comms, eDMS, interfaces, data migration, UAT and wider clinical systems.
  • Lead senior stakeholders and suppliers, managing Trusts, clinical/technical teams and vendors while controlling scope, cost, risk, quality and contractual performance.
  • Ensure NHS assurance and operational readiness, maintaining clinical safety, information governance and security standards while delivering an audit-ready transition into BAU.
