We’re supporting an NHS organisation in the Midlands delivering a large-scale Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme and are looking for an experienced Benefits & Change Lead to join on a contract basis. This is a key role focused on ensuring the programme delivers tangible, measurable benefits while driving effective change across clinical and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of the EPR benefits realisation framework, aligned to Trust and ICS priorities
- Baseline, track, and report benefits, ensuring clear ownership and accountability across workstreams
- Work closely with clinical, operational, and digital stakeholders to embed change and maximise adoption
- Develop and execute change strategies, including impact assessments, comms, and engagement plans
- Support programme governance, providing clear reporting on benefits, risks, and dependencies
Key Experience Required:
- Proven track record as a Benefits and/or Change Lead within large-scale NHS digital or EPR programmes
- Strong understanding of benefits realisation methodologies (e.g. MSP)
- Experience engaging senior clinical stakeholders and operational leads
- Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced programme environments
