Proven experience delivering IT and digital transformation projects within NHS Primary Care environments, including GP Practices, PCNs, and Integrated Care Systems.

Strong working knowledge of EMIS and SystmOne, with experience leading system implementations, migrations, upgrades, and transitions between clinical platforms.

Demonstrable experience managing data migration activities, system consolidations, practice mergers, and go-live support, ensuring minimal disruption to operational and clinical services.

Ability to engage effectively with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into successful project outcomes.

Experience managing project plans, risks, dependencies, governance, and supplier relationships to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Familiarity with NHS digital programmes, information governance requirements, and change management best practices.
